When will I receive my payment?

If your device arrives at our premises before 1PM on a working day it will be processed on the same day and payment will be made on the same day via bank transfer. If it arrives after 1PM it will be processed on the next working day as our team needs enough time to verify the condition of the device.

Do you provide a prepaid label?

Yes, we will provide a prepaid Royal Mail label to post your device to us

If I’m not satisfied with your valuation of my phone, can it be returned?

Absolutely, if you find yourself unsatisfied with our valuation of your phone, you can have it returned to you at no cost. We prioritize your peace of mind throughout the process, ensuring transparency by always confirming the final buyback price with you. Occasionally, discrepancies may arise, such as if the phone's condition differs from what was initially described by you, leading to a revised offer.


In such cases, you'll have two options:


1. You may choose to accept the revised offer.


2. If the revised offer doesn't meet your expectations, you can opt to have your phone returned to you promptly and without any additional charges.

How long is my offer valid for?

The offer is valid for 15 days including weekends and bank holidays.

Do you accept devices that do not power on? 

No we do not, all devices must power up and turn on.
