Return Policy

Our return policy is simple and one that will put your mind to ease when making a purchase with us. Even though all our products are checked with strict quality controls in place, sometimes there can be occasional issues that may arise with the products. Please relax your mind when making a purchase with us as we offer a 12-month warranty on all refurbished phones & wearable. Please see our returns policy below on how to file a return of your item or use our warranty for the product purchased.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND?

We provide a 30-day cooling period. So if you are unhappy with your purchase, you can send it back to us in it's original packaging for a full refund. No questions asked. After this time any faulty item will be replaced or repaired.

WHAT DOES MY WARRANTY COVER?

All our devices come with a 12-month warranty from date of purchase. If anything goes wrong with your product we will pay for return postage and aim to repair the device within 72 hours. If for any reason we are unable to repair the device we will provide you with a replacement. However, on some occasions if a replacement is not available we will offer you a full refund. Please note all our repairs are conducted by our certified in house technicians. If you do decide to get your phone repaired externally from a third party then this will void your warranty on the phone.

WARRANTY EXCEPTIONS

Any accidental damages (internal or external), water damages and software issues are out of scope of our warranty policy.

HOW DO I CLAIM MY WARRANTY?

It's pretty simple to claim your warranty, just contact our customer support team who will provide you with further instructions via email on how to send back your device. The only thing we ask for is that you delete all your personal data before sending the phone back to us and not just resetting the phone (our team can help you with this, if needed).
