Once our refurbishment centre receives the device, our skilled technicians carry out a full inspection to assess the initial condition and grade to make sure it’s pristine or excellent. Then the renewal process begins. We replace batteries, screens, and other internal parts where necessary using high-quality parts that meet industry standards, and the smartwatch undergoes diagnostic testing to identify and resolve any performance issues. The refurbished smartwatch is then packaged in a biodegradable box with new accessories, the same as those included with the new unit of the same model, ready for its new owner.
All of our smartwatches are in Excellent condition. This means that your refurbished smartwatch will look closest to new with minor (if any) cosmetic signs, like a microscopic scratch or dent on the body, with a screen without any noticeable scratches. In most cases, our excellent refurbished smartwatches look as good as new ones with no visible signs at all.
Our standard warranty, which is included with all purchases, covers the smartwatch for 12 months. The warranty covers any manufacturer or refurbisher-caused malfunctions in the watch and guarantees a replacement piece or a refund. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage by the user.
Yes, all of our refurbished smartwatches are packaged with the same accessory items that would be included with the brand-new unit. If the new smartwatch comes with a certain type of charging cable, your QwikFone refurbished smartwatch will come with a new charging cable with the same specs as the one included with a new watch.
Our return policy gives you a comfortable window of 30 days to try the smartwatch and make sure you test it thoroughly and like it. Even if you like the smartwatch and there’s nothing wrong with it, but you just changed your mind about the purchase, you can benefit from our full-refund return policy. The only condition is to keep the smartwatch in the same condition and return it the way you received it, in the same packaging and accessories. You’ll get your money back, no hassle.

Second-hand sellers sell as-is smartwatches with minimal-to-no repairs for the batteries or outer shell. Additionally, most second-hand smartwatches in an as-is condition will not come with any replacement obligation from the seller, whereas QwikFone’s warranty covers you for any faults during the first year, including technician support and replacement for the smartwatch if it malfunctions.
