Delivery Policy
We ship all orders on same day, provided we receive the order before 4:00PM GMT | BST. Estimated delivery times all exclude weekends and Bank Holidays. All refurbished phones & parts orders placed through the weekend will be shipped on Monday.
In the unlikely event of a delay with delivery we will contact you with further information. We will confirm the expected delivery date at the checkout once you place your order. Currently we only ship to the UK.
How to track my order?
When your order is dispatched, we'll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to our carrier's website.
My order has not been delivered
If your purchase has not arrived by the delivery date, please contact us and we will be happy to look into this for you.
Missing item
In case one of the items in your order is not available, we will be sure to send you an e-mail. If you have not received any e-mail, please contact us and will we reply to you as soon as possible.
Incorrect item
If you have received an item which is different to the one purchased, please contact us and we will refund you for the item and the delivery charge. Providing the item is in the same condition.
Can I cancel my order?
If you need to make any changes to your order, unfortunately we are currently unable to do this once the order has already been placed. However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one instead. If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help.
