At QwikFone, refurbished devices are pre-owned devices that are inspected, tested, and renewed by skilled technicians. Our goal is to meet or exceed the market standards for one of three grades: Excellent, Good, or Average, to cover all of our customers' needs in quality and budget. Our devices are refurbished using high-end parts and following industry-standard procedures to ensure reliable performance and strong battery health in each unit.
Once our refurbishment centre receives the device, our skilled technicians carry out a full inspection to assess the initial condition and grade. Then the renewal process begins. We replace batteries, screens, and other internal parts when required, using high-quality parts that meet industry standards, and the device undergoes diagnostic testing to identify and resolve any performance issues. The refurbished phone is then packaged in a biodegradable box with new accessories, the same as those included with the new unit of the same model, ready for its new owner.
We have three condition options to choose from when you buy your phone: Excellent, Good, and Average. If you choose the Excellent condition, your refurbished phone will look closest to new with minor (if any) cosmetic signs, like a microscopic scratch or dent.
Our standard warranty, which is included with all purchases, covers the phone for 12 months. The warranty covers any manufacturer or refurbisher-caused malfunctions in the phone and guarantees a replacement phone or a refund. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage by the user.
Yes, all of our refurbished mobile phones are packaged with the same accessory items that would be included with the brand-new unit. If the new device comes with a certain type of charging cable and a SIM ejector, your QwikFone refurbished phone will come with a new charging cable and a new SIM ejector.
Our return policy gives you a comfortable window of 30 days to try the phone and make sure you test it thoroughly and like it. Even if you like the phone and there’s nothing wrong with it, but you just changed your mind about the purchase, you can benefit from our full-refund return policy. The only condition is to keep the phone in the same condition and return it the way you received it, in the same packaging and accessories. You’ll get your money back, no hassle.
QwikFone is a certified refurbishment centre. This means we only sell refurbished phones under strict standards and testing procedures. Second-hand sellers sell as-is phones with minimal-to-no repairs for the phone's batteries or outer shell. Additionally, most second-hand phones in an as-is condition will not come with any replacement obligation from the seller, whereas QwikFone’s warranty covers you for any faults during the first year, including technician support and replacement for the phone if the phone malfunctions.
