Galaxy S-10+, the 3rd phone I have had from Kwikfone, and, like previous one, just like a new phone, apart from slightly reduced battery life compared to brand new phone. But this is not a big issue, and if you can keep battery charged between about 25-80% it will still be as good after many more years.
I think Kwikfone still provides spectacular value for money, and I wouldn't consider ever getting a brand-new-latest phone again.
This is my first Samsung phone, and my only complaint -- with Samsung, not Kwikfone -- is the compulsory inclusion of Samsung's intrusive and useless bloatware

I've had it for just over 2 weeks now, and there were initially a couple of software hiccups, however I believe that was just down to updates coming through daily.
