Screen etc is pristine, popped my sim in and off we went.
The only slight problem I have is the USB port is very fussy about which way the charging cable is plugged in (and which cable) ... I had thought USB-C was meant to do away with this.
Pixel 3a is just the right size for people who don't want a small tablet for a phone ...
Hopefully no problems in the future ...

Firstly, I was pleasantly surprised with packaging it came in - this was above my expectation.
Item is cosmetically in a very good condition, one can say it does look absolutely like new.
No issues with setting it up and getting it to run.

The phone was delivered within 24 hours and was "as new", as described. I was also pleased that a charger, lead and a pair of earphones were included.
The phone was apparently from (or destined for) Japan as it has the Osaifu-Keitai e-payment app installed. (This cannot be removed but can be disabled.) Also the camera shutter sound cannot be disabled. These are unimportant to me; but other customers might wish to know this in advance.

Brilliant, replaced the same model which was water damaged. Opted for replacement as repair was expensive and not guaranteed to last, not disappointed so far, looks and feels like new phone and working perfectly. Only slight gripe is with Royal Mail who didn't deliver until the Wednesday even though quikphone dispatched on a Saturday on a 24hr tariff. Don't think I'll ever buy brand new again.
