This is my second purchase from Qwikfone this year. Sadly I returned the IPhone 8 plus within two weeks purely because it was a bad choice on my part (the phone was too big for my hand), but the quality of the phone (honestly like brand new), the communication and no quibble 30 day full refund was enough to make a no hesitation second purchase.

On arrival I was pleased to see that it was well packed and was in exceptionally good condition and on operation it looked like new. I was also pleased to find that the Android version had upgraded to version 10 as stated in the website. Initially I found it difficult to set up according to my particular preferences, but after a few days of changing the settings for different features I am happy to say that I eventually found a satisfactory balance. Indistinguishable from new; but has the faults of the original model - poor battery life, (my solution, a piggyback battery, still leaves something to be desired), and intermittent telephone sound quality, (Bluetooth headset works well). SMS message notifications need to have a louder volume compared with other notifications, and that was tricky to set up on this version of Android.
