Great condition - screen and case. However, the battery is below average. I know this as my last phone, also from QwikFone (smashed screen so needed to replace) had a much longer lasting battery. It would go for days - while the new one, I get less than 24 hours with low usage.

I had a few problems and suffered quite a delay due to three weekends and a bank holiday getting in the way of sorting it out. It took me about five days to try to discover why the phone was not operating correctly and resulted in me carrying out various restarts and deleting of apps. The phone was working fine but tended to switch off a short time after it was not being used. Once I had figured out that it was not me causing the issue I contacted Quikfone and they replaced the phone immediately. I think it quite understandable that the snag was not identified during the refurbishment and have no hesitation in awarding five stars and recommending Quikfone if you are considering buying a pre-owned phone as their service was first class and the phone looks absolutely like new.
